You never know what you'll find when you open a box from a customer who's decided it's time to do something with a Legacy Daisy. If you work here you're often uncertain if the box you picked is the one you wanted. Such is life.

This particular gun was a total surprise as I assumed it was yet another weathered Daisy Model 99 classic. Indeed it was! A super keen classic that got my attention way back in the way back because it was a Daisy BB gun that actually saw military service as a training gun for infantry in the 60's.

This is not a GI gun but it's the same frame and package. The real kicker is the owners Dad got this Daisy to improve his birding skills with his shotgun. If you can hit a nickel with a Daisy, you can hit a grouse with a shotgun.
