Safe Pregnancy & Postnatal FULL BODY Functional Exercises. Check out the 3 variations of March Exercises that are a perfect core, glute, and full-body exercise that you can do safely during and beyond pregnancy.
The exercises are very specific as it helps busy fit mums engage with their core and glutes when lifting.
You still need to ensure you have optimal technique and core breathing, contracting your TA and PF (PF only if you need to) when exhaling and lifting.
Start with the basic March first and then progress through the series as your strength and stability improves.
I would suggest its safe to do up to term pregnant and then can be started from 2-4 weeks after following our Birth2FItMum program post-birth.
