This is a video of our K226 assay kit (perchlorate free) demonstrating accurate, convenient and quick measurements of Hyp in tissues and protein/peptidases hydrolysates using proprietary acidic developer solution. The assay can detect a minimum of 0.05 µg hydroxyproline, yielding a bright colored chromophore at 560nm, identical to classic method.
