Notes

By default, Barenziah's unique fire spell costs zero magicka to cast, which for some reason causes her to bug out (she won't use the spell). I increased the cost of the spell to 1, which seemed to have fixed the issue.

Gaenor spawns with a Reflect ability that has a magnitude anywhere from 50 to 100. At the higher end of this range, he's essentially invulnerable to any magic effects.

Barenziah, Hand of Almalexia, and Tienius Delitian will always drink all five of their healing potions at once. This is a quirk of the vanilla AI behavior and not unique to these NPCs.

The damage dealt by Karrod's weapon (Odd Dwemer Weapon) is completely resisted by Hircine's Resist Normal Weapons ability, which explains their anti-climactic (and one-sided!) fight.
