Racing Ratings (Each score can be a Maximum of 1);

Start Type: Rolling Start = 0.5 // Grid = 1 // Rolling on a Corner = 0
Car Choice: Feel Good to Drive vs Not
Tyre Choice: Hard = 0 // Medium = 1 // Soft Depends on Car
Racing: Can you Race!? Or is it a case Dirty air ruins it or the Track
Strategy: Is there strategy? Pit whenever, strategy race wise etc.
No Penalty Issues: If there are any dodgy penalties = 0
Race Length: A & B = 10+ Minutes = 1, C over 20 Minutes = 1 (You shouldn't be waiting more than racing)
Randomness: Wet Weather // Track Unique Features etc.
New (Not a common Combo): Any combo been used more than 5+ times.
Tidgney Approval: Whether I personally Like it

Bad Week: Less than 10
Average Week: Greater than 13
Good Week: Greater than 18
