Hello and welcome to this surprise collab with the one and only ‪@MorganLong‬! We've been wanting to make a collab video for the longest time; I think we started conversations about this around 8 months ago 💀

Anyway, we wanted to bring you a video speaking about burnout, and how to heal burnout and feel creative again. We live in an incredibly stressful world, and I think so many of us are too hard on ourselves. We feel guilty for participating in self care. I'm really passionate about the topic of wellness, particularly of emotional and mental wellness. Self care should not be a luxury, although it is for many people (and there have been times in my life where I have been so burnt out and overworked that I haven't had time to stop and take a break).

We hope you all enjoy this video! We hope you find it comforting and peaceful. And, if you're going through burn out right now, we've both been where you are and we hope you get through it really soon 💛
