One of my favorite spots to get fresh made-to-order rice rolls in Chinatown! The cheung fun here are hefty, about $5 each, the ingredients are very fresh, and you get to see the whole process of them being made. Love these soft, silky, smooth, delicate, steamy, bouncy, hot, stretchy blankets of deliciousness. Remember to add your free vegetable topping to the rice rolls - you get a choice of bean sprouts, scallions, or lettuce! We like to add bean sprouts for the extra crunch.
