Unicomp offline NDT X-Ray machine for Wheels Hubs Inspection is specially designed for the Wheel Hub factories to do the quality control before processing the wheels after castings.
It's working for 13" ~24" wheels to X-Ray inspect the internal defects voids/porosity, shrinkage, inclusion, etc.
Machanical: The system has 7 axis, X1, X2, Y1, Y2, Z, T1, T2.
The X-Ray Tube and FPD detector can move left and right, C-arm can move up and down, and tilting max. 15°, working table can rotate 360°, and move out and in the cabinent.
Software: The X-Ray system has a one-key image enhancement function. The collected images are automatically processed into the best images through newest AI technology. As shown in the figure below: The defects are clearly visible after processing by the one-key enhancement algorithm.
