HOW TO FIX DRIED OUT LIQUID LIPSTICKS (THAT STILL DRY DOWN)

Описание: Hi! I wanted to share with you guys one of my favorite hacks for fixing or reviving dried up liquid lipsticks! I am always buying new liquid lipsticks and unfortunately they dry up after a while once they are opened. Instead of throwing them out I have found a great way to fix them without changing the formula. With my method the liquid lipsticks will still dry down to their original formula :)
