I've had my x100s for five years. If you shoot stills of places more than people, it's probably going to save you some money!
Things I forgot to talk about:
high ISO... if you are going to be regularly shooting above 3200, this model isn't advised.
x100t (2014) has face detection, so you can save up for that one, rather than the x100f/v if that's important to you. It has the same sensor as the x100s but many other improvements.
