To norske venninner, Inger og jeg (Torunn), som går tur langs South West Coast Path i Sør-Vest-England. Vi gikk fra Marazion til Porthleven onsdag 13. juli 2022. Ihht Strava ble det 20,2 km / 12,55 miles, og 541 m / 1788 fot stigning. Vi hadde overnattet på det hyggelige og vennlige hotellet Longboat Inn i Penzance i noen netter og tok bussen til Marazion for å gå videre derfra. Været var varmt og fint. Stiene var stotrt sett veldig gode, men det var en del overgrodd til tider, og noe manglende skilting. Terrenget var mye opp og ned og med fantastisk utsikt - som vanlig. Mye interessant å se på veien. Vi overnatter på det koselige Wellmore Inn hos den hyggelige og entusiastiske Bridget som vår vertinne.

Two Norwegian friends, Inger and I (Torunn), who walk the South West Coast Path in South-West England. We walked from Marazion to Porthleven on Wednesday 13 July 2022. According to Strava, it was 20.2 km / 12.55 miles, and 541 m / 1788 feet of ascent. We had stayed at the nice and friendly Longboat Inn in Penzance for a few nights and took the bus to Marazion to go on from there. The weather was warm and fine. The paths were generally very good, but there was some overgrowth at times, and some lack of signposting. The terrain was a lot of ups and downs and with fantastic views - as usual. Lots of interesting things to see on the way. We spend the night at the cozy Wellmore Inn with the pleasant and enthusiastic Bridget as our hostess.
