Heart–Brain Connection through Embodying Our Embryological Development

Описание: Feel how your brain follows your heart and brings your mouth with it. Your brain, your heart, and your mouth are one unit. When we say, ‘speak from your heart’, we’re going back to the embryology because that’s where our heart joined. The right and left sides joined in front of our mouth.

I’m very interested in embryological development because it is the embodiment of space versus the embodiment of structure. Through our embryological history, we are in a sequence of spaces. But we don’t just inhabit space; we create space.

Exploring your embryological development can be a powerful embodiment practice. We each grew ourselves. You grew yourself.

Going back to the earliest moments can help guide us through our process of being a physical being, as well as the consciousness of this process.
