Описание: hi everyone, come cook the food of my people with me!!! in this video I show y'all how to make simple, healthy, home-cooked indonesian food: nasi goreng (indonesian fried rice), tempe orek daun jeruk (stir-fried tempeh with kaffir lime leaves), and semur ayam (indonesian chicken stew), some of my staple comfort meals cooking at home. as an indonesian living in the US, one of the things my family and I had to do was learn how to cook because good indonesian food in america is very limited around here! the food I had in this video is more like "masakan rumahan", aka the more simple, home-cooked indonesian meals - there are more traditional dishes that take a while to make, like beef rendang, satay, soto ayam, and martabak manis, but perhaps I can cover those with my family (my mom is the best cook in the house lol) in a future video!!
