To NOT include the blank cells in the column of names, please do these:
1. DOWNLOAD the soft copy with the link provided below.
2. once your done downloading the file, DO NOT FORGET TO MAKE A COPY FIRST BEFORE YOU ACCOMPLISH SF2. IN THIS WAY, YOU STILL HAVE AN ADJUSTABLE ROWS FOR UNDETERMINED NUMBER OF STUDENTS NEXT SCHOOL YEAR since you will be deleting the rows for your exact number of students this 2021-2022 SY.
3. At the headings( LEFT PART ), HIGHLIGHT the blank rows (ALL) in which there is/are no student/s listed.
4. RIGHT CLICK and DELETE.
5. Please do APPLY the same in the Female Names' column.
