Описание: Chicken Tikka Puri

100g Chicken Tikka
2 Tbsp Season oil or vegetable oil
½ Tsp Grated Garlic
½ Tsp mixed spice
Fresh Green Chillie
2 Tbsp tomato sauce
2 chef spoons Bhuna Onion
2/3 chefs spoon of base Gravy
Methi Leaves
Fresh Coriander
4 pieces Fresh tomato


Puri Dough
1 Cup of Plain flour
½ Atta (wholemeal flour)
½ salt
1 Tbsp Oil
110g water
Put a bowl and mix together
into a dough.Then knead and
leave coved to rest for 30 minutes
