Solid carbide rolls breaks the scale through an alternate rod bending.
The rod bending can be not adjustable bending on four bending planes or adjustable by hydraulic regulation of the central rolls position. Rod entrance and rod exit are coaxial in order to allow easier rod threading operations.
Removable boxes for the scale collection and removal.Automatic scale removal systems available as option.
