If you are feeling too drained to workout gain back your strength & improve your energy with this 15 minute, feel good full body routine that is safe for LIGHT chronic fatigue syndrome, long COVID or just very low energy. We will use gentle seated exercises to help you tone up your body without overdoing things. Exercise does not need to be draining to be effective.
What you'll need:
Mat (optional)
Light weights (optional, start with 2 lbs and work up to 10lbs)
*Remember everybody has different levels of pain and fatigue so please make sure you modify moves for your bodies needs.
