Who Got NXT will feature 5 NXT Superstars (Adrian Neville, Sami Zayn, Bo Dallas, Corey Graves and Rusev). Each Superstar will have 4 matches (20 in all) to compete in and each match will have optional and required objectives to complete, similar to the 2K Showcase Mode and the Story Modes of previous titles. Once you complete the four matches for a Superstar, that Superstar will be unlocked and available for use in other modes of the game. Basically, the five NXT Superstars (including their movesets, entrances & Titantrons) are restricted to the Who Got NXT mode until you complete their respective chapters of the mode.
Completing all the objectives in all 20 matches will unlock the following
NXT Arena
NXT Arrival Arena (exclusive to the PS3 & 360)
NXT Championship
NXT Tag Team Championship
NXT Women's Championship
