LV6548 Generator Firmware Update

Описание: A few customers have been reporting that the LV6548, is sensitive to generator charging, especially with non-inverter type generators.

This firmware is designed to make the charging less sensitive to generator anomalies.
BEWARE, only flash with the U1 version that matches the firmware, else your inverter will be useless.

If you have purchased yours from watts247, we have the firmware for you.
This will not work on units from other suppliers.!! (EG4 and Sungold etc)
Some settings to try:
01 to USB
03 to APL
09 to 60Hz
10 to 120V

11 - Start low from 2A, then 10A etc until you hear the generator take strain. Two or more inverters becomes more complicated, Each inverter will pull from its configured phase (L1 and L2), be sure to balance your phases, so you don't overload a phase from the generator.

12 - 50 ish V (If set to SBU, charging will commence if battery voltage is less than setting 12, and will stop only after reaching setting 13 )

13 - 57V or FUL (notice, charging will stop when the battery is unable to absorb the sum of amps as set in setting 11 --sum, as in multiple inverters charging off the same generator--, lowering the charging amps at the end will allow the battery to charge a little more towards the end)

16 - SNU - this is a MUST! (SNU = Solar & Utility is allowed to charge the battery)

NOTE: if the inverter pair is configured for split phase, you will need a 240V generator (L1 and L2)
a 120V generator will ONLY work on inverters configured to run in Single Phase .

Trick. for 2 inverters in split phase, you can temporarily configure them to run in SIG mode , as two independent inverters, and supply AC 120V to one or both of the Inverter Inputs. Note this is dangerous if you don't know what you are doing, but in a pinch its a work-around
