This is my modded Outlaw (all metal SCX10 gearbox,Surpass 5 slot 20T motor,Hobbywing 1080 esc and locked diffs all around) against a fairly stock GMade RI running Louise Rowdy 2.2's on light weight alloy beadlocks.
What is obvious is how good the Outlaw is as a crawler (even on stock plastic wheels and tyres) and how much the R1 would benefit from longer wheelbase and weighted wheels. Both would help it get the power down as would a battery re-location to on top of the front axle.
