Sleep Apnea is a serious medical issue where breathing repeatedly stops during sleep. When that happens, oxygen levels drop, blood pressure rises, and over time, risk of stroke increases. Sleep apnea can be treated and doing so can help one sleep better, feel better, and lower their risk of stroke.
