Hope flag and scarf is painted like a sunset. A sunset is not the end of a day but the hope for a new beginning, because the next day is a new dawn. Incidentally, a Jewish day starts in the evening. I feel this season, that God wants us to have our hopes anchored in Him, regardless of our current circumstances. His plans for us are good, to give us a future and a hope.
This is filmed in the vicinity of Marina Bay Sands, overlooking the central business district in Singapore. It's unusually quiet on a weekday afternoon, a rarity due to the lack of tourists coz of covid. As I flagged and danced, I felt so much love that God has for this nation. I pray for peace, hope and prosperity over my beautiful city, that we'll pull through this season and emerge stronger. (I'm not masked as the rules in my country allows for no mask during exercising, and dancing is exercising).
This song, First Love, ministered so much to me this period. May He continually ignite the fire within our hearts. I'm thankful to God for anointed songwriters and worship leaders to bring us songs for the season.
