Rattus is a Finnish Hardcore band, they formed in 1979. They are considered one of the legendary hardcore punk bands around the world. Rattus is still an active band, and not only are they great people, they are a great band to see live. The drummer Veli-Pekka Hyvärinen (VP) is one of my influences, and watching him play all these years has helped influenced the style the I play.
