Disney star Billy Unger has been arrested after driving under the influence in Malibu, a law enforcement source tells PEOPLE.
Unger, 18, was driving along the Pacific Coast Highway late Friday night when police pulled him over for speeding, taking him to jail after they discovered the underage actor had been drinking, according to TMZ. He has since been released, the site reports.
Unger has played Chase Davenport on the Disney XD series Lab Rats since it premiered in 2012. Unger also appeared as the ancestor of Nicolas Cage's character in National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets in 2007.
Though Unger's blood alcohol content was reportedly .08 -- the legal limit -- California has zero tolerance laws for drivers under the age of 21.
