Antelope Island State Park: Everything You Need to Know

Описание: Welcome to Antelope Island State park located in the Great Salt Lake just west of Syracuse Utah. Most known for its bison herd and hiking and biking trails, Whether you've visited the island before or visiting for the first time hopefully this video will leave you with some important information and helpful facts to make the most of your trip.

The island sits approximately 40 miles from Salt Lake City and consists of approximately 28,800 acres and hosts a variety of wildlife ranging from the popular bison herd to pronghorn, fox, coyote and many species of birds.

Open to the public in 1993 Antelope island is a great place to visit close enough for an easy trip but far enough away from the city to enjoy the scenery and nature. With many hiking and biking trails, informative visitors center and remnants of one of the states oldest buildings at the Fielding Garr Ranch on the south east side of the island.
