A playthrough of the demo for Thrifty Business. I love playing Sticky Business, and I played some of Ritual of Raven too, so I have been looking forward to the next game by Spellgarden Games. The demo was a lot of fun, and I enjoyed running a thrift store, completely customizing the store, and stocking the shelves with secondhand goods. I also liked the events and special requests, as they break up the gameplay loop that could otherwise become monotonous. I do find the gameplay loop satisfying because in the morning, you can buy secondhand items and place them on the shelves, open the shop, sell items, and then end the day when the shop closes. I also like that you do not have to worry about setting prices or haggling. Lastly, the story so far with Birdie is sweet, and I am patiently waiting for the full release!
