This new Definitive Sound Series One-Step reissue gave me the perfect excuse to finally sit down and hear it properly, and what I discovered completely caught me off guard.

This deluxe edition is mastered from the original digital file by Levi Seitz at Black Belt Mastering, pressed on VR900 vinyl, and produced using the One-Step process. On the turntable, Morning Phase reveals itself as a deeply immersive, beautifully layered recording—one that rewards careful listening and high-quality playback.
