Joi’s Emanator Build Part 2 — Finally Fixing the 0.2 Nozzle and Starting the Electronics

Описание: After countless failed print attempts, clogged nozzles, surface issues, and reworking STL parts, things finally start coming together. In Part 2 of my Joi’s Emanator build, I test Bamboo Lab’s replacement 0.2 mm nozzle, experiment with ironing profiles, refine the STL sizing, begin assembling the mechanical rails, and tackle the most delicate part so far — soldering the battery, USB-C charger, LED, switch, and wiring inside a tiny footprint.
