Eggs in Hell...?

Today's menu is 'Shakshuka', A.K.A 'Eggs in hell' or 'Eggs in purgatory'.
The word shakshuka is a Maghrebi Arabic term for "a mixture", and like its name there are A LOT of variations to this dish.
As long as you keep the 'poached eggs in tomato sauce' format, you can pretty much add any ingredient you want.
Have it with some crusty bread or flat bread for a quick brunch.

Recipe:
Egg: 3
Grated Cheese: 1 Handful
Tomato Puree: 400mL
Olive Oil: 1 Tbsp
Garlic: 3 Cloves
Onion: 1
Bell Pepper: Half
Parsley: 1 Handful
Salt: 0.5 tsp
Black Pepper: 1 Pinch
Cumin Powder: 0.5 tsp
Cayenne Pepper: 0.5 tsp
Smoked Paprika: 1 tsp
