Brewing all-grain is substantially less expensive than extract brewing, and is also a more flexible method, greatly expanding your options for beers to make. While commercial options exist for these, it's fairly simple to build your own using readily available plumbing parts and a 10-gallon cooler. In this video, I show a step-by-step process for building your own mash/lauter tun.
