If you’ve ever wondered why your body reacts so strongly even when your mind understands what’s happening, you’re not alone. Many of us learned early on that feeling too much wasn’t safe. In this meditation, we gently create space to stay present with emotion — without forcing it away or getting lost inside it. This is a slow, supportive practice designed to help your body feel anchored, held, and capable of moving through emotion with more trust and steadiness.

🌿 In this meditation, you’ll practice:

Grounding through breath and body awareness

Staying present with emotion without overwhelm

Releasing bracing, freezing, or shutting down

Building nervous-system safety and inner support

This practice is especially supportive if you experience emotional overwhelm, anxiety, shutdown, dissociation, or strong body-based reactions to feelings.
