The Kaunertal Glacier Road is one of the most beautiful high mountain roads in the Alps.
It leads from Feichten to the edge of the "eternal ice" at an altitude of 2,750 meters directly to the Weißseeferner.
The well-developed panorama road overcomes a total of 29 hairpin bends and a difference in altitude of almost 1,500 meters over a length of 26 kilometers.
There are numerous special features along the glacier road, such as the Gepatschstausee, Weißsee and the Fernergarten. 29 stations point to the unique nature and cultural experience.

Die Kaunertaler Gletscherstraße zählt zu den schönsten Hochgebirgsstraßen der Alpen.
Sie führt von Feichten bis an den Rand des „ewigen Eises“ auf eine Höhe von 2.750 Metern direkt zum Weißseeferner.
Die gut ausgebaute Panoramastraße überwindet auf 26 Kilometern Länge insgesamt 29 Kehren und einen Höhenunterschied von knapp 1.500 Höhenmetern.
Entlang der Gletscherstraße liegen zahlreiche Besonderheiten wie der Gepatschstausee, Weißsee oder der Fernergarten. 29 Stationen weisen auf das einzigartige Natur- und Kulturerlebnis hin.
