INGREDIENTS:
Cooking oil 3 tbsp
1 inch cinnamon stick
4 cloves
½ tsp Cumin seeds
½ tsp carom seeds
3 medium sized onions
2 medium sized tomatoes
1 green chilli
500 gms mutton
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
1½ tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
1 glass water
1 cup green pigeon peas seeds /hari tuvar
1cup broad beans/val papdi
3-4 medium sized sweet potatoes/shakarakand
1 tbsp curd/ dahi
chopped green garlic
