Ingredients:
Any oil
Cinnamon
Cloves
Bay leaves
Tomato purée
Garlic
Green chilly
Coriander leaf
Sunflower oil
Jeerakasala rice
Turmeric pwdr
Chilly pwdr
Blckpepper pwdr
Garam masala
Salt
Preparation:
Heat the cooker add oil add cloves cinnamon bay leavs add onion ,garlic saute well later add coriender leavs
Make a tomato paste &add to the cooker later add all the masalas needed ..mix mix & mix
Add 1 cup rice saute it & 2 cup of water sprinkle some salt to taste
Add green chillies to the top close the cookertop make 1 whistle
Yummy tomato rice is ready to serve🍛🍲
