27068402 cabinet agrees a peace-package aimed at ending the
1"VT+BVU 9 years of civil war. PM Rashid Karami delivering
an emotional speech on agreeing the new security
arrangements. Fighting between Moslem and Christian
militiamen left 5 dead and 50 wounded mostly civilians
caught in the crossfire.
