FBI warns of 'sadistic online exploitation of our kids'

The FBI is warning parents about a new trend of dangerous online predators who are getting kids to send explicit pictures, hurt themselves or siblings, and harm pets.

The threat is from a violent group of online extremists called “764” and others, according to the feds.

“This is a very serious threat,” Ted Docks, special agent in charge of the FBI Boston office, told NBC10 Thursday.
