Daily Meditation - January 12, Today is a wonderful day to practice mindful breathing together and perform a seated or supine body scan. Now that we are in the new year, let’s check in with the physical body and pick up any new messages. Like a sweet friend, let’s be with the body today and give it our gentle attention. Let’s get started. Sit or lie comfortably and slow down the breath with conscious attention.
11-minute Mindfulness and Guided Meditation to self-heal with compassion and love. Each sit we are improving our mental health and increasing contentment. At the end of the recorded meditation, I encourage you to continue with your mindfulness and seated meditation for the duration of your daily practice, however long that is for you, followed by journaling your reflections and insights from the sit.
