WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
⬞1/4 stick butter
⬞1 white onion, chopped
⬞2 cups cooked corn beef, chopped
⬞2 cups cooked potatoes, peeled
⬞Salt and pepper
⬞Fresh parsley, chopped

STEPS:

1. Sautee onions and butter
2. Mix in corned beef and potatoes, turn up heat to medium high, and press down into pan like a pancake
3. Let them sizzle and turn brown. Don’t stir it. It’s basically a pancake
4. Once brown, flip over section by section to brown the other side
5. Add salt, pepper, parsley
6. Serve with eggs :) (if you're like me)

(Don’t recommend storing them in a can...they lose their crisp. So idk what the grinch was thinking. But then again he likes all things that are gross)
