Rules:
-Difficulty on 6.0 or above (going with 6.0 with one exception)
-Base Skyscraper Club (Value 100 with no modifiers, including any Attack Stars)
-No Powers used
This is a project to premiere for the 10th Anniversary of Kid Icarus Uprising. I am doing this on 6.0, which is indicated to be the closest to having fair, balanced fights. Skyscraper Club is used in interest of seeing if enemy attacks avoid being too insane to shake off. Weapon modifiers and Powers are both disallowed to check for consistency. Bombs in Air Battles do not count as Powers due to their global availability.
Also, please excuse the random blackouts. My capture card's cable has some stability issues.

I intentionally showed the failure dialogue for the Exo Tank crossing because at least it's humorous, what with Hades' response to vanilla TV Tropes saying you can fit all 3 Zodiac Powers onto the same Power Grid, as well as his actually solid attempt at seeming to be concerned. It's at least something for giving a basic tutorial to the Exo Tank for its LAST FREAKING APPEARANCE IN THE GAME. And yeah, no more vehicle usage for the rest of the game. Just...why?
Something I can point out as a tidbit is that the manual Melee Dash Attack will avoid using a throwing/placement item and continuing to hold the Fire button will result in using the Neutral Rapid/Swing, at which point even with a Club that still means being able to transition into range offense without using the item. I particularly point this out to mitigate the VERY painful combination of a Strongarm and a Juggernaut right before Possessed Palutena that actually sweeps with its MGs with nowhere to hide from the sweeping, forcing Parry Dodging against the MG fire, something that the Strongarm will be happy to confuse. Oh, and if you try this on 9.0? Guess what? The Juggernaut is so durable that you're not going to kill it fast enough to stop the sweep, and the Strongarm is replaced after being killed so your ability to dodge the MGs WILL be confounded. I hated this cheap moment back in the day and I hate it now.
Possessed Palutena is actually an interesting boss fight: you have to deal enough damage to Chaos Kin without doing too much to Palutena; if you kill Palutena herself, you simply get a Nonstandard Game Over. Palutena thankfully telegraphs all of her sophisticated attacks simply by saying what she's about to do, so it's clear she's fighting back, which justifies Chaos Kin being a Tactical Suicide Boss who otherwise could simply forever use Palutena as a direct hostage like the coward that he is. It also helps me that here, unlike in the Boss Battles version, Possessed Palutena doesn't have her VERY hard to dodge counterattack, which wouldn't seem relevant, but a bug causes said counterattack to trigger off of windboxes. Since I won't have to worry about that, I can fire away with my faster and less clumsy Neutral Shots, and not have to worry about being punished for doing this with a Club, which already has to worry in general about hitting Palutena by accident all too easily, for severe damage at that.
Also of note is that Palutena can summon either Centurion Archers or Centurion Knights. There's no penalty to removing these guys from play, just some difficulty in doing so correctly, but these guys are practically conscripted by Chaos Kin, so you see why I don't kill the Knight. This brings me to Chaos Kin, who for reference shoots poison clouds when exposed and said clouds can manage overly high speed and reach especially on 9.0. I mentioned about CK being a Complete Monster, to which vanilla TV Tropes says otherwise. I do not buy that he fails the heinous standard; he is responsible for this arc as a whole, including the Wham Episode, on significantly lesser resources than Hades. CK is allegedly just a mindless, hungry animal and thus his moral agency is compromised, but I want people to tell me what part of having Palutena Hannibal Lecture Pit on repeat occasion after having tried to leave him to a Fate Worse Than Death before he could realize what was going on, or the aforementioned FWTD for that matter, OR leading Skyworld on the same genocidal rampage against humans that they have been trying to stop, serves the purpose of sating acceptable hunger OR displays a lack of personality. Idol descriptions, the source of the animal citation, also claimed Eyetrack Orbitars have bad attack power, yet we see how quickly those have rampaged on multiplayer randoms. The abrupt anti-humans campaign from Skyworld even directly clashes with CK being a blatant Dirty Coward as well, so no, moral agency IS NOT A PROBLEM.
Chaos Kin is a Complete Monster, and the arguments against that statement are laughably feeble. Chapter 21 is just going to be denouement for his mad designs.
