Today I felt called to do some intuitive collage in my art journal. This is a frequent part of what I call my visual journaling practice. I am looking for the hidden stories within that will bring healing and transformation. Sometimes we can feel like something is up with us and can't quite put a finger on it. Intuitive collage is one of my favorite ways to use my art for self-discovery and personal growth.
