Realize that some real estate brokerages say that they offer training or real estate agents are not taking advantage of training. The more transactions you complete, the more opportunity you will have to educate realtors you work with about standard real estate practices.
Helping to educate realtors on the other side of the deal—even though you may feel this isn’t your responsibility—helps your client. As a realtor, take advantage of education, learn the real estate rules and regulations, and above all, be respectful in your communication with everyone you meet. The way you present yourself reflects your character.
