Welcome back to day 2 of my ultimate Costa Rica Itinerary. In this video Im waking up super early to be the first person of the day to explore the thriving Cahuita national park. The park is nestled right up against the laid back town of cahuita, and you can spend an hour or all day in this gem. Free entrance, while it is encouraged to leave a donation. I like this because you can choose what to leave based on your experience. I chose to do a half day as my itinerary calls for anther 154 kms of driving today to get in position to explore Tortuguero national park.

Today it brought me to Tortuguero River Campground, this is a local farm about 45 minutes from the Tortuguero boat launch. Dixon runs the campground which can accomodate a few rigs.
