First Radar Gun Test: How Close is My Serve to 130 MPH?

Описание: Day 3: The Moment of Truth. I finally get the radar gun out (thanks to the baseball team!) to establish my top flat serve speed. I also discuss my supplements (Creatine, Bloom, Turmeric) and the impact of fresh strings (Tour Line) on my serve. We hit a max speed of 123 MPH. Now the real work begins to find those extra 7 MPH.
