of Beds / Baths
How long on the market
Does the house need renovating
Typically, the information on these sites is relatively accurate, but they may not always be exact, so please make sure to talk to a realtor if you want to know more exact information.
ALSO, if you are looking at a property and you see that there is an approximate monthly payment, make sure to look and see what they are using for down payment, insurance, and what credit score they are using. Most people don't have 750 Scores with 20% to put down.
