-HEAT PROCESS: BOROSILICATE GLASS BLOWING
We start with the form. The oxygen / gas torch is a source of heat, its flame allows working in
the modeling of the boron tube portion that we seek to modify, blowing and sculpting with graphite tools, I seek to generate organic routes, sucking the air connected the opposite walls of the piece to create a small stage within each work, inspired by caves and cave caves.
-FUMING PROCESS:
To finish the piece I apply the gold vaporization technique on the outer cap of the glass. , I proceed to apply color to the external surface of the glass using the vaporization technique of noble metals (in this case liquid gold) exposing the work to the vapors that the metal emanates, using the initial flame of the fire and letting its exterior stain until obtaining the degradation of hues that I am looking for.
Finally I stabilize the piece by post-annealing in the oven at C° pre-fussing.
