About this video - Today I have shared the recipe of Chibhda Nu Shaak. Chibhda is available is during the monsoon season and we can make sabji, pickle, chutney & raita with using it. We can make this sabji within ten minutes so must try this recipe and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section
Ingredients -
Serving 3-4 Person
400 grams Chibhda
1 tbsp Refined Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Pinch of Asafoetida/Hing
1 Chopped Green Chilli
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
As per taste Salt
1/2 Cup or as required Water
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Chopped Jaggery
1 Small Size Diced Tomato
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
Serve it with Roti/Paratha/Bhakhri/Khichdi
