Materials:
Mats, hula hoops or sports ladders, stair stepper or another folded up mat. (Anything that is a bit higher than the mat itself.) noodles for ski poles.
How to Play:
Students take turns running down the course making sure to step in each hula hoop (or their score gets scratched) step/hop on the stair stepper and jump to see how far they can go. Mark the spot where their feet touch the ground. (I have them set their ski pole (noodle) to mark their spot.) Repeat.
