A daring 12 day search and a swift capture operation using all the science, gadgets and dedication one can muster, led to the successful capture of a male tiger on the outskirts of Bareilly. Unfortunately though, the tiger could not be released back into the wild as originally planned due to missing claws and digits on its fore paws. It is now under captive lifetime care at the Kanpur zoo.
