In this video, I discuss what it means now that BIP-100 has been merged into the Bitcoin Core BIPs repo.

While this does not mean that there is now a Bitcoin Core plus BIP-110 client that you can run, it does mean that the code has passed review by Core devs and the wider Bitcoin community and that it is ready for someone from Core to merge if they so choose.

I conclude the video by discussing who actually controls the Bitcoin network: people who own BTC and run Bitcoin nodes.
