20 min amrap: 4 db thrusters@50, 6 ttb, 24 DU’s – completed 19 rounds + 10 reps.
My goal on this was 20 rounds...just 24 DU’s short!
1st round was about 48s and I was able to hold 50s per round w/ a 10s transition from finished DU’s to picking up the DB’s, so, basically a minute/round.
Was tough, but, I was able to hold on through 15 rounds @ 15:00. Then I knew I wouldn’t hold that pace for another 5. Ended up being really close... but ...rounds 16&17 slowed down to around 1:10.
Great WOD...one and done again!!! Completed @0530, 10/18/2019 @ St. Peters CrossFit.
